В минувший четверг в Ставрополе на улице 50 лет ВЛКСМ рядом с кафе «Глория» были обнаружены взрывные устройства.
Звонок на пульт дежурного ЕДДС поступил утром 30 сентября. На место немедленно выехали экстренные и силовые службы. Собака, обследовавшая автомобиль «Жигули-2107», подтвердила наличие в нем взрывного устройства. Сотрудники милиции обнаружили на переднем сидении машины черную коробку с торчащими проводами, а на заднем – труп мужчины. Уже известно его имя – это таксист Геннадий Толботов. Сорокатрехлетнего мужчину убили двумя выстрелами в голову.
Практически сразу неподалеку от злополучной машины саперы обнаружили еще одно взрывное устройство. Эквивалент бомбы в машине составил 30 килограммов тротила, а в обнаруженном рядом еще одном чемоданчике (именно так были замаскированы бомбы) находилось не меньше шестидесяти.
Официальные источники сообщают, что часовой механизм был заведен на раннее утро, но осуществить задуманное злоумышленникам помешала погода. Из-за прошедшего накануне дождя провода на взрывных устройствах отсырели и оно не сработало. Бомбы были начинены поражающими элементами. Осколками стекла и обрезками арматуры.
Как только стало известно об угрозе взрыва, представители правоохранительных органов оцепили весь квартал, начиная от улицы Шпаковской и до Тухачевского. Проходы через дворы тоже были блокированы бойцами ОМОНа и представителями милиции общественной безопасности. Все службы города были приведены в состояние повышенной готовности.
Пришлось эвакуировать учащихся лицея № 15, который располагается буквально в пятидесяти метрах от места, где были заложены бомбы. Вместе со школьниками эвакуировали и жителей близлежащих домов. Причем, как утверждают обитатели соседних многоэтажек, им толком ничего не объясняли.
– Нас вывели из дома и все. Об угрозе взрыва я узнала от сына, когда он мне позвонил по мобильнику, – возмущалась одна из жительниц пятиэтажки рядом со школой.
Журналисты, дежурившие у входа в парк Победы, как и жители прилегающих к кафе домов находились в неведении. Официальной информации никто не давал, а представители правопорядка пресекали все их попытки пройти через оцепление. Особо настырным милицейские чины обещали по 15 суток отдыха в их «санатории».
Наконец, на место происшествия прибыл мэр Ставрополя Николай Пальцев. Он первый из официальных лиц прокомментировал происходящее.
– Сейчас ведется работа по обезвреживанию взрывного устройства. Я прошу всех сохранять спокойствие и не поддаваться слухам и панике. Хочу поблагодарить людей за бдительность. Именно благодаря вам мы смогли предотвратить теракт, – отметил градоначальник.
Ближе к вечеру представитель СКП по Ставропольскому краю Екатерина Данилова дала официальный комментарий и подтвердила, что личность убитого установлена, следствие уже идет, возбуждено, пять уголовных дел, в том числе по статьям за убийство и попытку совершения терракта. Первые лица края и города призывают население сохранять спокойствие, потому что все под контролем.
